 <\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span>Si el jubilado parcial tiene 6 a&ntilde;os de antig&uuml;edad en la empresa y 30 cotizados, se podr&aacute; acoger a una reducci&oacute;n entre 85 y 25% siempre que el relevista sea contratado a jornada completa y por tiempo indefinido.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span>Adem&aacute;s, hasta el 2014 con estos requisitos el jubilado parcial se podr&aacute; acoger a los 60 a&ntilde;os. <strong>(Iniciativa UGT)<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span>Si por los requerimientos espec&iacute;ficos del trabajo del jubilado parcial, ese puesto fuera de dif&iacute;cil desarrollo y cobertura por un relevista de similar grupo o categor&iacute;a, se requerir&aacute; que exista una<span>&nbsp; <\/span>correspondencia entre las bases de cotizaci&oacute;n de ambos, de forma que el relevista como m&iacute;nimo cubra el 65% de las bases del relevado.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span>De forma transitoria, se respetar&aacute;n los convenios y acuerdos colectivos sobre contrato de relevo vigentes a la entrada en vigor de esta Ley y hasta la finalizaci&oacute;n de su vigencia, y en todo caso, como m&aacute;ximo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2009. <strong>(Iniciativa UGT)<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ley 40\/2007 Con relaci&oacute;n a la Ley de Jubilaci&oacute;n Parcial y Contratos de Relevos, aqui teneis un cuadro resumen para aclarar algunas ideas.
